MARKETING / CRM MANAGER

We are currently seeking a Marketing/Proposal Manager to complement our winning Marketing Department

Duties:

• Champion the proposals development process.
• Assemble a “winning” proposal, and work to drive the proposal/presentation generation process.
• Lead the development, organization, and standardization of materials necessary for proposal submission. This includes, but is not limited to, required forms, résumés, project profiles, firm history, etc. Proposals Manager will also ensure the timely receipt of required subconsultant information.
• Make continuous improvements to the proposal preparation process, consistent with the need to best serve internal and external clients; lead marketing department staff in this endeavor.
• Coordinate the work of department personnel relative to the proposal/presentation generation processes, as assigned. This includes, but is not limited to, the Technical Writer(s), Graphic Designer(s), and Marketing Assistant(s).
• Manage corporate database (Deltek Vision) content updates necessary for generating project profiles, personnel résumés, opportunities, and proposals. This includes, but is not limited to, updating the status fields for opportunities and proposals, engineering fee information, opportunity client/contact/owner information, and other fields necessary for tracking and analyzing department progress and performance.
• Benchmark the firm’s branding and imaging against those of its competitors, monitor and report key marketing metrics, and meet marketing department goals as established in conjunction with the Director of Marketing and/or Chief Development Officer.
• Create and oversee communications campaigns including direct and indirect marketing activities.
• Build awareness of H&H in our targeted market segments based on positioning.
• Manage and/or execute public relations activities (articles, press releases, industry awards, etc.).
• Develop and maintain promotional materials; this includes but is not limited to sector brochures, firm and employee bios, project data sheets, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years Marketing Experience, preferably with an A/E/C company
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Exercise independent judgment
• Function with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in the A/E/C industry is required
