MassDCR: 2007 Bridge Restoration and Management Plan

H&H will be providing the following services:
As a sub to Ammann & Whitney, H&H will provide: Inspection of Critical Bridges; Review of DCR Bridge Inventory; and Preparation of a Bridge Management Plan.
Suffolk Co: 2007 Three Year Local Design Services Agreement

H&H will be providing the following services:
As a sub to the RBA Group, scope on this project includes: Project Scoping, Preliminary/Final Design (Design Phases 1 – 6), including community outreach and environmental assessment, and subsequent Construction Support and Construction Inspection services for municipal highway, bridge, traffic and other related transportation projects.
NJDOT: 2007 Barrier Gates Replacement Route 71 Monmouth County Route 88 Ocean County

H&H will be providing the following services:
Design of a complete replacement of the tractor type barrier gates with new barrier gates and new barrier gate platforms as required to provide safe and reliable operating systems.
CM@Risk for Rehabilitation of SR 814 (Atlantic Blvd) & SR 5/US-1 (Parker) Bascule Bridges

H&H will be providing the following services:
An in-depth inspection followed by a major rehabilitation of two bascule bridges for FDOT D4.
SR 5/US-1 (Parker Bridge) is a twin (skewed piers) double leaf Hopkins Trunnion bascule bridge located near Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Atlantic Blvd. bridge is a double leaf Hopkins Trunnion bascule located in Pompano Beach, FL. The project is unique in that it will be executed using Alternate Contracting - Construction Management at RISK, a first for the FDOT. Selection of the CM firm/contractor is pending.
City of Boston: 2006 Engineering Design Services relative to the Overview of Various Bridges

H&H will be providing the following services:
As a sub to BSC Group, provide miscellaneous movable bridge engineering services to the City of Boston.

NYSTA: 2006 North Ave. Bridge over I-95 Design

H&H will be providing the following services:
Design services for the replacement of the bridge carrying North Avenue over I-95 (New England Thruway) at milepost 605.76. The Authority has developed a conceptual design using a single-span steel-orthotropic bridge supported on drilled shaft foundations. This assignment involves final design consisting of, but not limited to; development of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E), applying for, and obtaining environmental permits, preparation of right-of-way easement or taking maps, drainage system improvements and safety upgrades, design of site specific maintenance and protection of traffic during construction, and preparation and submission of preliminary plans, advanced detail plans, final plans, and PS&E.

ConEd: 2007 East River Station Facade Inspection
H&H will be providing the following services:
This project is for Con Edison and entails a critical inspection of of the exterior walls and appurtenances for the East River Generating Station. This is to comply with the NYC Building Department Local Law 10/80 and 11/98.
NJDOT: 2006 Pulaski Skyway Deck Rehabilitation - Scoping Phase

H&H will be providing the following services:
As a sub to Parsons, Brinkerhoff, Quade & Douglas, H&H will provide Concept Development (CD), Feasibility Assessment (FA)/Draft NEPA Document for the Rehabilitation/ Preventive Maintenance of Pulaski Skyway (Route 1 & 9) located in Jersey City (Hudson County), Newark and Kearny townships (Essex County).
During the data collation phase, the original design plans, as-built drawings, subsequent rehabilitation plans, as-built roadway plans, bridge inspection reports, SI&A sheets, bridge rating calculations, past study records, traffic data, crash summary data for the bridge, adjacent interchanges and potential detour routes, traffic signal plans along with timings for signalized intersection, geotechnical data, Management System Data were collected and analyzed for applicability to the study and assembled in meaningful units and is available on a CD. Since this is a bridge rehabilitation project with no Right of Way issues, it is assumed that a CE would be the appropriate level of environmental documentation required under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
KCSR: 2006 Ouachita River Swing Bridge Replacement in Louisiana

H&H will be providing the following services:
In-depth inspection and rehabilitation of the swing span's structural, mechanical, and electrical systems including the addition of a remote control operation of the swing span.
NYSDOT: 2006 Kosciuszko Bridge Over Newtown Creek Replacement Design

H&H, as a sub to Parsons Brinkerhoff, will be providing the following services:
Final Design services (Phases V-VI) include, but are not necessarily limited to: Extensive structural and highway design, extremely complex maintenance & protection of traffic (M&PT) likely involving temporary bridges, substantial public/stakeholder involvement and coordination with Federal, State & City agencies. The project will also include design of foundations, drainage, storm water management, highway lighting, signing, multi-use path facilities, extensive landscaping features/enhancements, structural aesthetics, involvement with contaminated materials/soils, preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and preparation of ROW maps. Final Design activities will be progressed to completion of contract plans, specifications and Engineer’s Estimate (PS&E).
NYSDOT: 2006 Overhead Sign Structure Inspection for 2007-2008 - Region 8

H&H will perform complete overhead sign structure inspection, inventory, and analysis work for structures identified by NYSDOT. Overhead sign structure inspection results shall be documented using forms, photographs, sketches and remarks in accordance with the Department's Overhead Sign Structure Inventory and Inspection Manual.
TBTA: 2006 CM & CI for Main Cables And Suspender Ropes Investigation - Throgs Neck Bridge

H&H will provide comprehensive on site inspection and construction management services necessary to coordinate and monitor the construction work through completion. The work to be performed under the construction contract is briefly described as follows: Furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, testing, supervision and incidentals necessary for investigating main cables and suspender ropes, cleaning and painting suspended spans superstructure, bridge towers, anchorages, barriers, main cables and suspender ropes, repairing structural steel and replacing existing catwalk system at suspended spans as described in the construction contract documents. Additionally, Hardesty will staff, manage and track construction operations.
ConEd: 2006 East River Station Bridge Inspection
H&H will perform steel and concrete, in-depth and hands-on inspections for 2 bridges and the high pressure plant building at the East River Station.
NJ Transit: 2006 Undergrade Movable Bridge Inspections

H&H will provide inspection and report generation for NJ Transit movable bridges.
ConnDOT: 2006 CEI for Phase II Rehab of Route 136 Bridge
H&H will provide construction engineering and inspection on the movable bridge.
